Solen EMI plant focus on heat treatment, surface treatment (MOS2 & Teflon Coating), stamping and machining.

• Our piece part such as plunger and stopper are produced in-house. We have 59 units of CNC with bar feeder and other secondary facilities. Plunger and other mechanical parts are surface treated i.e. Molybdenum and Teflon coating that we acquired from Japan.
  
• The frame is produced in-house with our automatic stamping machine with roll feeder. We have also acquired the single minute mould change technology from Japan to increase efficiency.
  
• We equip various machines for additional machining like hole or groove to make more diversification.
  
• Magnet cores and bracket are manufactured by automatic stamping machine with roll feeder efficiently in cheep cost.
  
• All these enable us to stabilize quality, reduce lead-time, reduce supply uncertainty and reduce transaction cost. Thus, improve overall competitiveness of our product.
