Stepping Clutch

Structure And Preponderance

The stepping clutch operation theory is that when power off, the stopper will be locked.
The control method is simple as the normal magnet clutch.

  • Compact, high torque
Compact with friction clutch, higher torque can be gained.
  • High operation movement accuracy,

Due to the design of the mechanism construction, the stopper will be locked when power off, so, high accurate mechanical movement, reliability can be gained.

Methods Of Selection
To choose suitable Flat-Pack clutch, please determine followings:

  1. TORQUE
Besides load, it's necessary to also consider variation of temperature and voltage. Therefore, please time load by safety coefficient 1.3X.
  2. DUTY CYCLE
Besides on time and off time, please also max. on time.
  3. OPERATION VOLTAGE
To define coil input DC voltage.
